Dallas Zoo Stormwater
Location: Dallas, TX
Description: Multi-stage wetland system to treat up to 300,000 gallons of contaminated stormwater runoff per storm event for discharge to nearby creek.
Services: Engineering through commissioning. Initial engineering by Worrell Water Technologies, LLC. Engineering complete in 2014. Construction began in 2015.
Wappingers Falls
Location: Wappingers Falls, NY
Description: Four-stage stormwater treatment wetland designed as an example of effective urban low-impact development to be applied throughout watershed. System designed to capture a significant portion of sediment in stormwater, provide some biological treatment of dissolved pollutants, and to attenuate surges in flow.
Services: Engineering. Design completed in early 2013
Santa Clara Central Park
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Description: Two-stage, subsurface flow wetland system removes pollutants and algae from the pond, keeping the water cleaner and healthier.
Services: Engineering through commissioning. System commissioned in 2014.
